About Dr Myriam Taveras:

I am a graduate from Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine, As a General Dentist in the South Florida area, I love to work at practice with a friendly environment where I can help the practice grow while displaying my skills on different procedures. I consider myself a hardworking and highly motivated individual. In 2002 I earned my first Dental degree at Universidad Central de Venezuela, I practiced dentistry for a little while, later in 2004 for personal reasons moved to Florida where I practiced Dental Hygiene for about 5 yrs. In 2010, I went back to dental school to be able to do what I really love. I used my time in dental school to gain exposure to all branches of dentistry. While I am confident that my education and more recent experiences have prepared me to diagnose and treat patients in all facets of dentistry, I am still excited to be in the dental world where I expect my learning to increase exponentially into the future. I strongly believe that my high energy, positive attitude, excellent communication skills (including an ability to speak Spanish fluently), and valuable background in all aspects of dentistry is an asset to my practice.

An Active Volunteer in SKD: She is also an active volunteer in SKD as teacher for
confirmation.
